Why Start With a Pilot Project?

A pilot project gives your team the opportunity to evaluate UrbanLink Networks in a real-world environment without committing significant project volume upfront.

01

Evaluate Our Quality

See our accuracy, attention to detail, and deliverable quality firsthand.

02

Experience Our Process

Understand how our team handles workflows, communication, documentation, and project execution.

03

Measure Turnaround

Evaluate our ability to meet expected schedules and maintain consistent delivery.

04

Work With a Dedicated Team

Experience responsive communication and support from a team focused on your project requirements.

05

Minimize Your Risk

Evaluate our capabilities on a controlled scope before committing larger project volumes.

06

Scale With Confidence

When the pilot meets your expectations, expand the partnership based on demonstrated performance.

One pilot. Real work. Measurable performance. Your decision.

What a pilot actually includes

Start Small. Validate the Workflow. Scale With Confidence.

A pilot project gives your team an opportunity to evaluate UrbanLink Networks’ workflow, communication, field execution, data quality, and deliverable standards before moving into a larger engagement.

A typical pilot may include:

Defined Project Area

A selected service area, route, neighborhood, project package, or other clearly defined geographic scope.

Selected Asset Types

Depending on the project, the pilot may cover poles, pedestals, handholes, cabinets, addresses, aerial facilities, underground infrastructure, routes, or other requested network assets.

Field & Data Requirements

We work from the client’s defined requirements for photographs, coordinates, measurements, asset attributes, documentation, naming conventions, and other required information.

Validation & QC

Collected or processed information is reviewed against the agreed project requirements before final delivery.

Structured Deliverables

Deliverables may include organized field photographs, asset records, spreadsheets, GIS/KML/KMZ data, project documentation, QC results, progress reporting, or other agreed formats.

Pilot Review

Once the pilot is complete, both teams can review the workflow, deliverable quality, communication process, and any adjustments required before expanding the engagement.
